Consistently forgets items with delivery and now refuses to deliver to our entire business. Female manager literally told us to put signs up in our club telling all employees and customers not to order from them. Will gladly pass that message on!
I've worked in food service for 10 years and I can't imagine ever speaking to a customer the way I was spoken too by management here. I was called back to be told my order was being canceled because they had forgotten things from a past order. No one should ever have to deal with that.
Great experience and great food. The mexican food is super well made and burritos are rolled very nice. The pizzas were super nice and when ordered it comes perfect. Super fast and totally worth the time and money. Would recommend and come back and back again.
Service here is terrible. Management is terrible, and the food is straight trash. Delivery driver is definitely munching on your food in the 2 hours it takes him to deliver it. Cause when you call to say your order was wrong or forgotten about management calls you a liar and says they definitely packed it. Oh really, then where is it? Whatever happened to "the customers always right?" Hands down worst spot on the cape. When you do let them know they effed up your order instead of correcting it, the children that work there yell and ban you from ordering again. Smart move!! Plenty of other good spots on the cape to eat at other than this trash shack. Hope you go outta business puta!
