Made jam in the jam kitchen which was very interesting. It's hot in the kitchen in the summer and although a fun activity for families, I would say probably only for ages 10+
Green Briar was one of my grandmother's monthly shopping stops. She always had a selection of fresh jams for the breakfast table. You can watch jam being made if you arrive at the right time. Interesting museum too.
It was a great experience for kids and adults. The bunny brothers were a standout hit for us, as was experiencing the working jam kitchen. What better way to spend an afternoon than, with the company of some sweet, fuzzy bunnies, enjoying some sweet jam in a sunny kitchen, and a garden full of light and flowers?
