I believe they had problems in the past but I had an exceptional experience, quick and easy, I had surgery and it was very good
Horrible office to deal with. They are rude and do not return phone calls in a timely manner. Office staff does not care about the patients. The doctors are awful. Worst experience that I ever had. Lied to me about my MRI results come to find out I done damage to my knee but when I called I was told by the doctor that it was nothing to crazy and that I had to be patient that's after it took them 2 weeks to call me back with the results. One of the worst experiencs I have ever had would NOT recommend them to anyone! DONT GO THERE!!!!

The worst experience I've ever had with a orthopedic. After wasting a month of my life in extreme pain the whole time. They then told me that Dr Remi doesn't do 2nd opinions. Wich we talked about before I ever made an appointment. The doctor's assistant never even pulled up my pants leg or moved my leg too seriously if an thing was wrong with my knee. It was terrible. 1 or 2 of the nurses had some companion. Wosrt month of my life. They also say that they do a procedure called a vision scope well I was told they don't. Its a procedure that is better than an MRI the main reason I went there
STAY AWAY!!! Substandard care bordering on/engaging in malpractice. A very large impersonal group of practitioners who are only interested in processing as many patients as possible while treating them with disdain and apathy. Unsanitary, too. No washing of hands, wearing gloves, or cleaning the treatment rooms for this lofty bunch. Be prepared to wait HOURS in the "reception" area to see your provider for a minute or two. My horrid experience was with PA Kyle Rickstad and Dr. Len Remia. It's too much to get into here, but I wouldn't recommend this practice to my worst enemy. I know many people who have had the knee surgery Remia performed on me, (no jagged, oozing holes, unnecessary pain, or maltreatment for them) , and they all suggested I go to Boston. I wish I had listened! When I called the office three days after my surgery as directed by the doctor, I waited 5 days for a call back from some office airhead and was told that I was not allowed to speak to Rickstad or Remia, nor would they call me back, and would have to wait a week to see Rickstad or 2 MONTHS to see Remia! I was actually laughed when I requested a same-day emergency post-op visit for evaluation in lieu of the synthetic opioid drug, Tramadol, Rickstad was insistently pushing on me ( AND that he was INFORMED is on my ALLERGY list!). So much for post-op follow up. Once they butcher you up, they don't even care enough to follow your recovery. RUN from these incompetent jerks! BTW, I have had great experiences with medical treatment on Cape Cod with everyone EXCEPT this disgusting People Mill. For orthopedic care, do yourself a favor and go to Boston. Don't make the same mistake I did.
