Upon arriving at the house, we were amazed.... It had everything we could ask for in a house, CLEAN, comfortable, well stocked, extended cable, wifi, you name it - we were not missing it.
I have nothing but very, VERY, VERY positive comments and have had nothing but positive experiences with their staff and their properties, both my kids now ask yearly to see when we will be going back because we have so much fun - all this to say - THANKS BEACH REALTY for making my yearly Cape Cod treks memorable ones!
Upon checking in, the staff present was again extremely friendly, and more than welcoming. we got a cute little welcoming bucket with some essentials and nice little gifts. The found out we had 2 boys and immediately gave us another bucket - which was greatly appreciated and I didn't even have to ask.
We have stayed at many of the cottages, and they are always better than described. Of course, Beach can't order the perfect weather, but they sure seem to have some connection so we have the most wonderful time, all I want to do is sit on the deck and be. Being at the cape with my lady is heaven for sure.
I would and often do highly recommend this company to friends and family and give them 5 stars.
Our first year it poured for 6 of our 7 days, and when then sun finally came out as we were packing up, we called to see if we might rent for an additional day. The rain had caused some issues in the house so Beach Realty worked with the owners and allowed us to stay an extra day free of charge. One year we left one of my young son's favorite books as well as our baby monitor at the house, and after speaking with Beach Realty a box arrived at our home in Boston with everything we'd left without charging us for the shipping costs. On our recommendation my in-laws have also booked multiple stays with Beach Realty and have raved about every part of the experience.
I have rented from Beach Realty for close to 4 years now. All my properties have been in East Sandwich. My first experience came off from searching Google for Cape Cod rentals and I stumbled onto their website. My wife and 2 kids wanted to get to Cape Cod but didn't want to stay in a hotel and wanted some sort of Beach house.
We have been renting a house through Beach Realty for many years now and highly recommend this RE agency. Anytime we have concerns or questions, they deal with them immediately. Not only do they represent the property owners, but also the renters. So happy we found Beach Realty for our annual summer rental. We look forward to seeing the staff year after year on check in day!!!
I have inquired twice about a listed property and have received no response. They apparently close after beach season.... Very disappointing!!!!
That was only the first year. Every other year following has been the same experience. I have dealt with the staff from A-Z from asking for restaurant or beach suggestions, us arriving late for check in and a staff member waiting for us, to accepting mail for me, once again no was never an answer, along with being greeted with a smile every time I would walk in... Along with this I must say the staff really knows Cape Cod... they know their beaches and they know their restaurants. Tom told me about the best burger restaurant I have ever had at Flynn's.
I decided to call them and stumbled upon a gentleman named Tom, and he was extremely friendly, patient and extremely helpful. He took down my specific requests along with my budget and suggested multiple homes based on what I was looking for. He was very honest and even led me from my first choice to another which was less expensive based on me having little kids that they would have more fun at this other location. My wife and I booked with them.
Again this year we are renting with them. There was a minor setback but once again Tom and the team came out to SHINE... They went above and beyond the call of duty and did everything they possibly could to make us happy without myself even ever asking...
I say 5 stars because of the excellent service, real honesty, and fair price for the chance to be in heaven while I am on the cape. We have stayed with Beach realty in the properties they handle for more years than I can count, not quite 30 yet for us.
My family has been using Beach Realty to book our summer Cape vacation week for 6 years. I can honestly say that if every company ran their operation as smoothly as Beach Realty, the world would be a much better place. Their customer service is top notch, they will bend over backwards to accommodate any reasonable request, and the rental rates are competitive with any other area of Cape Cod.
