Walked in with my friend to pick up her resized ring. My friend spotted a compass rose necklace under the glass and made a point to the jeweler that I owned a compass rose necklace just like that one. My necklace was in fact from their store and I love it more than anything (gift from my grandmother). She took a look at the necklace around my neck and noticed I hadn't cleaned it in a very long time. She told me to hand it over...and came back within minutes, necklace in hand, sparkling clean. She then handed my friend and me 2 of their jewelry cleaner kit, one for each of us, for no charge! I don't know if they give them away or not on a regular basis, but I was very appreciative. My necklace looks amazing and shines like new. They truly care about the quality and care of their jewelry and customer service. Would recommend to anyone and everyone looking for quality jewelry!
